About Sara Trought

Sara Trought has her Masters degree in counselling psychology from the Adler School of professional psychology. She is a graduate with her Honors degree in psychology from Queen's University.

She is also a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, Psychotherapists (OACCPP). As well she is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
