I employ a holistic approach to therapy which is tailored to meet the needs of the individual drawing mainly from two models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adlerian Therapy.
Format of Treatment Sessions
During your therapy sessions you will be treated with dignity and respect and with the belief that you have the capacity to make positive changes in your life. I will work with you to identify your specific goals of therapy based on any problems or issues that you may be dealing with, we will then collaborate on developing strategies to meet these goals.
